Download your SaleQMS data

The export contains your account identity, saved workspace records and customer-visible commercial records. It deliberately excludes password hashes, session data, security throttling, webhook payloads and provider secrets.

Security logs, provider-internal information and records retained only for legal or accounting purposes may require a separate request.

Submit a privacy request

An erasure request is a request for review; it does not immediately remove billing, accounting or other information that may need to be retained under another valid legal basis. Workspace content follows the published 90-day retention policy. A privacy request can ask for earlier erasure, but billing, accounting or other information may remain where another valid legal basis requires retention.
