Orders and confirmations

The terms accepted for each new purchase are saved as they appeared at the time. A downloadable purchase confirmation becomes available after Stripe confirms payment. Existing purchases from before this feature do not have a recorded terms acceptance.

These are original purchase records. Use Manage billing in your account for invoices and later adjustments, or request an eligible first-payment refund.
