Who can buy Complete?
Complete is launched for businesses and professional use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting for a business or professional activity and are authorised to make the purchase.
Do I need onboarding?
No. Account setup, tools and billing are self-service. Consulting and personal walkthroughs are not included.
What happens when I cancel?
Scheduled cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends unless a refund terminates access earlier. Existing workspace records remain readable and exportable for 90 days after paid access ends, then are deleted from active systems under the retention policy.
What if a payment fails?
Complete access can pause while payment is unresolved. Update your payment method in Manage billing. Access returns after successful provider confirmation.
Is ROI 2.0 a guarantee?
No. It models a scenario using your inputs. Evidence and assumptions remain your responsibility.
