Request your first-payment refund

SaleQMS Complete is sold to business customers. SaleQMS provides a commercial 14-day guarantee on the first subscription payment: if your eligible request is received within 14 days of that payment, the amount actually paid is refunded and Complete access ends when processing completes.

This guarantee is separate from cancelling future renewals. A future introductory discount has no cash value before it is invoiced. Saved workspace content is not deleted by a refund request and remains subject to the retention policy.
