Before payment

Open knowledge needs no account. Complete requires a verified business account. The list price is €49/month or €490/year in EUR. The annual plan is charged in one annual payment.

Checkout uses your business/billing details to determine tax treatment. Business customers can provide their legal name and tax ID. A tax-inclusive contractual price does not automatically decrease solely because VAT is accounted for under reverse charge.

If you are eligible for the launch introductory offer, the purchase review shows the exact benefit before acceptance. Monthly launch customers can receive 50% off the first six monthly billing periods; eligible annual customers can receive 50% off the first annual renewal. After payment

Complete becomes available after SaleQMS receives verified provider confirmation. Returning from Stripe alone never grants access. The original accepted terms and purchase confirmation remain available in your account.

Billing, cancellation and failed payment

Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal, where available payment methods, invoices and cancellation controls are shown. Scheduled cancellation normally keeps access through the paid period. Failed payment can pause Complete access until the invoice is resolved.

14-day first-payment refund guarantee

For business customers, SaleQMS provides a commercial refund guarantee on the first subscription payment. Submit the request within 14 days of that initial payment through Refund request. If eligible, the amount actually paid is refunded and Complete access ends when the refund is processed. Future promotional discounts have no cash value before they are invoiced.

Your saved work

Saved workspace records remain readable and exportable for 90 days after paid access ends, then are deleted from active systems under the retention policy. Export your work before that period ends if you need a permanent copy.
