SaleQMS Complete purchase terms
These terms apply to SaleQMS Complete subscriptions purchased for business or professional use.
1. Seller and contract
Kai Kimmo Mikael Kiviranta, Swedish sole trader, Bränningestrandsvägen 125, 151 39 Södertälje, Sweden. VAT registration: SE680423025501. Contact: info@saleqms.com.
By accepting these terms you confirm that you are acting for a business or professional activity, are authorised to bind that business, and are not purchasing as a consumer.
2. Service and licence
Complete provides protected SaleQMS working tools, including the commitment review and ROI 2.0, together with account storage and export of saved work. Open knowledge remains free to read.
The launch subscription licenses one named user and one business workspace. You may use the tools for your own organisation and client work you are authorised to perform. You may not resell access, share credentials, provide the software as a competing hosted service, or circumvent access controls. Multi-user administration, custom consulting and guaranteed support response times are not included.
3. Price, tax and recurring billing
The list price is €49 per month or €490 per year. The annual plan is charged as one annual payment. The selected subscription renews automatically at the applicable list price until cancelled.
Tax treatment is determined from the business and billing information supplied in Checkout. Where VAT is included in the price, it is included within the displayed total. Where reverse charge or another treatment applies, the contractual subscription price does not automatically decrease solely because the customer accounts for VAT. Stripe Checkout shows the amount and tax treatment before payment.
A temporary introductory offer may apply to an eligible new customer. Any campaign benefit, duration and renewal effect shown in the purchase review becomes part of that order's terms and is retained with the order confirmation. Introductory offers do not stack unless expressly stated.
4. Access, account and customer responsibility
You need a verified email and successful payment confirmation to use Complete. Keep credentials confidential and notify info@saleqms.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authority to process information entered into the workspace. SaleQMS provides structured decision-support; it does not guarantee sales performance, certification, compliance outcomes or financial returns.
5. Cancellation, failed payment and first-payment refund guarantee
You can schedule cancellation through Manage billing. Unless a refund ends access earlier, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Stopping use or closing the browser does not cancel renewal.
If payment fails, Complete access may pause while the invoice remains unresolved and can resume after successful payment is confirmed.
SaleQMS offers business customers a commercial 14-day first-payment refund guarantee. If a refund request for the initial subscription payment is submitted through the account within 14 days of that payment, SaleQMS will refund the amount actually paid for that initial subscription purchase and end Complete access when the refund is processed. The guarantee does not create a cash value for future promotional discounts and does not apply to later renewal payments unless SaleQMS confirms otherwise in writing.
6. Saved work, retention and export
After paid Complete access ends, existing workspace records remain readable and exportable for 90 days. Editing and protected tools require active Complete access. After that 90-day period, workspace content is deleted from active systems unless continued retention is required for a specific legal claim or another documented legal basis.
Backup copies may remain for up to a further 90 days solely for disaster recovery and are not used as ordinary workspace storage. Purchase, invoice and accounting evidence can be retained separately for the period required by law. Export your workspace before the read/export period ends if you need a long-term copy.
7. Privacy and business data
The Privacy information explains account and commercial-data processing. Where a business customer enters personal data about its personnel, customers or other individuals into the workspace, the customer is the controller and SaleQMS acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
8. Availability, changes and support
SaleQMS is a self-service online service. We may maintain, secure and improve it and may change features when reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove a paid core function during an already-paid period without providing a reasonable alternative, export opportunity or appropriate account remedy.
Support for account, billing and technical issues is provided through info@saleqms.com. No service-level agreement or guaranteed response time is included at launch.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaleQMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made from customer inputs or modelled ROI assumptions. Aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for Complete during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Law, disputes and changes to terms
These terms and the contract are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The exact terms accepted for each purchase are stored with the order. New terms apply to later purchases or renewals only after they are presented as required; previously stored purchase evidence is not rewritten.
